Ice Assessment
Clear snow before drilling. Inspect the ice color; clear blue ice is strongest. Always drill test holes when moving outward.
Clearing the Hole
Before breaking through the bottom, lift the auger slightly to clear slush, preventing the blades from sticking underneath.

Do you ship heavy equipment internationally?
Currently, we handle logistics for North America and select Northern European regions. Heavy motorized units require specialized freight shipping.
What happens after I submit the order form?
Our technical team reviews your selection to ensure all components and add-ons are compatible. We will email you a secure payment link and shipping timeline within 24 hours.
Are replacement blades included?
Motorized and manual augers come with one pre-installed set of carbon-steel blades. We highly recommend selecting the 'Extra Blade Set' in the add-ons section above.
ArcticDrill Ironclad Warranty
Extreme cold requires extreme reliability. Every piece of equipment ordered through ArcticDrill Shop is backed by our 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in motors, gearboxes, and welds.
Note: Blades are considered consumable items and are excluded from the standard warranty. Keep them sharp and protected with our custom blade guards.
